I love to be outdoors late at night, it is my favorite time of the day. I am very fortunate to live in the peaceful countryside of North Florida, where you can still see the stars. Last week, I came home to this beautiful moonlit sky with its popcorn clouds. It really had a wonderful magic all its own. Everything was pitch black except the moon and clouds. I really wondered if I could even begin to capture the beauty that was displayed across the sky. So I took a chance with my new camera and flipped it to the candlelight setting. It worked! What you see here is the image I was able to capture.
